Terms & Conditions Chauffeur Service

It is assumed you accept our terms & conditions if you access C&C’s Fine Travel & More E.I.R.L. website.

  1. CANCELLATIONS

    Will be accepted up to 7 days before the booked service without charge. If you cancel after the free cancellation period, you will be charged a cancellation fee. You will receive a refund, minus the cancellation fee.
    Cancellations from 6 to 3 days before the booked service are subject to a charge of 30% of the full amount. Cancellations from 48 (forty-eight) hours before the booked service are subject to a charge of 70% of the full amount. In the event of a “NO SHOW” you will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. WAITING TIME

    Our free waiting time at the airport or any hotel is max. 2 hours.

  3. LUGGAGE TRANSPORT CONDITIONS

    On the route to the Sacred Valley and vice versa, C&C’s may provide a luggage car (if more than 4 passengers are travelling together) for up to two (2) bags with a total weight of 23 kg/50.6 lb. Total baggage (6) with a total weight of 23 kilos each without extra fee. Extra luggage is subject to additional fees. Passengers are responsible for carrying any valuable and/or fragile objects (cash, jewelry, documents, electronics, etc.) with them during the entire trip and shall not leave such objects in their luggage. C&C’S Fine Travel & More E.I.R.L. assumes no liability for the loss or damage of any objects of value. Any complaint regarding luggage must be reported immediately to the chauffeur or to our office.

  4. NO SMOKING

    According to applicable law, it is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the vehicle.

  5. FULFILLMENT OF CONTRACT

    C&C’s Fine Travel & More E.I.R.L. will not be held responsible if it cannot fulfill the contract due to: strike or industrial action, mechanical breakdown of the vehicle, vehicle collision, damage to the vehicle or other circumstances beyond the control of C&C’s Fine Travel & More E.I.R.L

  6. SUBSTITUTION OF VEHICLE

    In case of (5.), it is not possible to replace the same vehicle with another of the same characteristics for reasons already mentioned.
    In agreement with the client, C&C’s Fine Travel & More E.I.R.L. will replace the vehicle with a regular vehicle such as a standard Hyundai van, Sprinter, Renault Master’s of Master. In this case, C&C’s Fine Travel & More E.I.R.L. promises to refund the difference in price. If this option is not accepted by the client, C&C’s Fine Travel & More E.I.R.L. reserves the right to cancel the service and refund the full payment without any fees.

  7. CLAIM

    Any claim or notification in writing against C&C’s FineTravel & More E.I.R.L. hould be received at the latest seven (7) days afterthe service has been provided. In particular, C&C’s Fine Travel & More E.I.R.L.is not liable for loss, personal injury or death incurred during the use of services unless such loss, personal injury or death is / caused solely by the negligence of C&C’s Fine Travel & More E.I.R.L., C&C’s Fine Travel & More E.I.R.L. will not assume responsibility for any claim, costs or expenses that arise for loss of or damages to personal belongings, diversion, annoyance, disappointment, anxiety or frustration, mental or physical, that results from what is the following: illness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical flaws, quarantine, governmental actions, climate or any other cause beyond the control of C&C’s Fine Travel & More E.I.R.L. and as a result of force majeure.
